Why has my order been canceled?
There are a number of reasons why an entire order may be canceled. Most commonly, it is because the billing address provided by the customer does not match the details on record with the customer’s bank.
Please make sure that, in the case that the shipping address you provide is not the same address associated with your credit card, that you also provide the billing address associated with the credit card you are using for payment.
A canceled order cannot be reactivated and in the event that your payment is rejected and your order canceled, you must redo the entire purchasing process from the beginning. When placing your new order, make sure all shipping and billing address details are correct.
