In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we have a standardized procedure to make the replacement process quick and simple.
You may use our online return form to return any items from your order. After entering your invoice number, our system will guide you through the necessary steps to organize your return. Once we have received the returned goods, we will examine them and notify you by email within a reasonable period of time (no more than fourteen (14) working days) regarding your refund or replacement. Goods deemed as faulty will be refunded in full or exchanged if the product is available. In the case of a requested exchange, we are only able to exchange items for the same product.
